A great yoga teacher! I have taken a number of online classes with Vilma - all the classes are well paced and very well sequenced so there’s time to prepare for more challenging poses. Classes are well adjusted for different levels - Vilma takes a good care of everyone attending and provides a number of options to suit your pace, mood and level. Even though now I can join the classes remotely only, in every class I feel welcomed and part of a friendly yogi group. Looking forward to the next class!

Brilliant sessions arranged by Vilma using Zoom. I’m a novice (well I’d actually say a complete beginner) but I feel, having done about 8 sessions, I’m improving and feel a significant difference in terms of my mental and physical well being and health. There’s along way to go but loving the journey and Vilma is an awesome instructor - keep up the great work and the breathing of course 😂😉😍😘

About us

Through my personal experience as an office worker I created a breath/stretch yoga class for the corporate environment. I am running regular classes remotely online and if you are interested then you can get in touch with me:

I understand the physical and mental demands that occur in fast-paced and desk-paced environment and yoga practice can be effective tool to help employees manage stress better, build resilience and reverse the impact of sitting all day.

One of the foundations for good mental health is good physical health. Keeping active can help reduce the likelihood of depression and anxiety, which can be exacerbated by current circumstances; it can help recover from chronic stress and professional burn out. Therefore, it is vital to recognise the importance of employees' work life balance and encourage them to take breaks for daily work out routines or relaxation.

I am committed not just to ensure that everybody feels comfortable and confident from their very first class regardless of their experience or position at work, but also providing an outlet for the colleagues to spend more time with one another during isolation.
