Keeping active can help reduce the likelihood of depression and anxiety, which can be exacerbated by current circumstances; it can help recover from chronic stress and professional burn out. Therefore, it is vital to recognise the importance of employees' work life balance and encourage them to take breaks for daily work out routines or relaxation.
I am committed not just to ensure that everybody feels comfortable and confident from their very first class regardless of their experience or position at work, but also providing an outlet for the colleagues to spend more time with one another during isolation.
